• Then on top of all these takings, you tax and trespass and usurp our rural sanctity, peace and quiet and traditional way of life
• Plus you send out marauding gangs of government code thugs to prey and trespass upon our private and public property. 
• Plus you send out your legal gangs to force rails to trail takings all around us and through our private property. 
• Plus you send out your park gangs and buy up our private property and turn our lands into human and animal zoos
• Plus you shut down the free use and farming and building and enjoyment of our own rural private property. 
• All without compensation of course, i.e. outright legal theft 
• All encouraged by the green gangs in Seattle
• All sanctioned illegitimately by Olympia and the local green media. 
• All funded by the eastern green extreme and sanctioned by the UN, called Sustaining Development and Smart Growth. 

• These facts are well established by multiple independent, credible and professional authors, researchers and historians. 
• The birth of the world wide web over the last two decades, has better exposed this to all
• The big picture of this deception is so overwhelming and goes back so many centuries and involves so many pieces of takings
• this is a picture of a massive embezzlement of our most basic &  fundemental rights.

• let alone believe, especially if you have no background on the subject
• let alone understand, even if you choose to believe it
• Thus we have staggered down this long dark road of tyranny for centuries

• The 16th Amendment which "authorized" this tax never received the full 3/4 ratifications of the then 48 states.
•  High court rulings have confirmed even if it was legitimately passed, it did not change the tax rules
• i.e. the income tax was an indirect tax upon legal fiction corporations NOT upon natural born sovereign state Citizens.
•  CON.gress turned their ugly faces away to transmute this indirect tax into a forced illegitimate direct tax upon the private property of wage earners

• Sales taxes are excise taxes and cannot be directly applied to the natural born sovereign state Citizens at the till or anywhere
• Sales taxes are an excise taxes and can only be applied to legal fiction corporations and
• They must agree to the tax and..
• Then they must absorb the tax and ...
• Then legal fiction corporations may price the tax into their products or service as a cost  and.. 
• Then the consumer may freely choose which product or service to buy which is better prices

3. the sale and lease of state owned natural resources and
4. a Constitutional monetary system based on precious metal redeemable certificates and coins

• The government is given Constitutional power to print and coin legitimate precious metal based funds to pay their limited expenses directly
• We do not need central banks to broker this power and charge back the interest to the natural born, sovereign and free state Citizens
• Government employees are not sovereign or free,
• they are EMPLOYEES OF THE STATE AND must pay taxes as the state and federal congress degree
• THE IRONY HERE IS THAT YOUR TAXES CAN ONLY BE LEGITIMATELY IMPOSED ON YOURSELVES
• NOT THE NATURAL BORN SOVEREIGN STATE CITIZENS
• The interest rate concept is historically and currently usurious and COMPLETELY fraudulent
• Interest rates are NOT needed especially upon personal private property owners, wages, homes, land, vehicles, equipment
• A small fee in the front end of a loan is adequate plus the return of principal

• Fixing a government "budget" is an oxymoron
• The budgets are debased on a framework of takings going against all the laws of this land and the Laws of Nature and Nature's God
• You cannot "fix" debased systems involving generations of criminal takings of upon poor or middle class or others
• You cannot invent a new color of legal taking, call it some semantic swindling name, then levy it upon free people

We received the following e-mail message, even though we did not contact you, or anyone else on the council, about the 2009 budget.

 

However, if we did make comments on the budget, we would first tell you to start fully funding the absolute Number 1 priorities of government, that being the King County Sheriff's Office (police protection) and the King County Prosecutor's Office (criminal prosecution). 

 

Then we would tell you to start cutting, everywhere else:

 

Cut back the staff at the Department of Development and Environmental Services (DDES) by first firing the director, Stephanie Warden, and replace her with a budget cutter that would trim DDES to the bone.  Drop all code enforcement immediately.  Drop permitting administration to the bare minimum.  DDES has morphed into a Gestapo agency of an out-of-control government and is an abomination to free people everywhere.  They implement policies and regulations that are best fitted to a dictatorship.

 

Then send a council order to all other county departments to trim their budgets by 25%.  At the same time, reduce the 16,000 employees that work for King County by 25%.   The county doesn't need one employee for every 75 unincorporated King County residents.

 

These actions would save the taxpayers of King County at least $500,000,000 to $800,000,000 of your giant bloated $3+ billion dollar budget.  Way more than the $95,000,000 you seem to be short.

 

Every King County resident is having to seriously gut their budgets.  It only seems fair that government follow suit.  But then there is that old pesky axiom.  Government never gets smaller.  It always grows exponentially, as do the taxes to support it.  It is a giant, blood-sucking, flesh-eating virus and should be severely limited by a continuous dose of WE-THE-PEOPLE antibiotics, so that it can do the least amount of damage to freedom and liberty.  

 

It is never too soon or unwise, to cut government.

Thank you for contacting me with your priorities for the 2009 King County budget.  I will keep your request on file and refer to it as the Council continues our review of the Executive’s proposed 2009 budget.  Your input is critical to this process.

 

King County Executive Ron Sims presented his 2009 budget proposal to the Council on October 13^th.  The Council is currently reviewing the Executive’s proposal, and plans to vote on it on Monday, November 24^th.

 

As you likely know, King County’s general fund is facing a forecasted budget structural gap between revenues and basic expenditures that is projected to widen every year, leaving county government with a general fund deficit of over $93 million for 2009 alone. 

 

This structural gap is caused by economic downturn as well as voter-approved Initiative 747 which has limited property tax increases to 1%, a rate below the rate of inflation.  This cap prevents King County from raising revenue at the rate required to keep pace with the increasing cost of maintaining the same level of service the public expects.  Given that King County must balance its budget each year, declining revenue will make it difficult to maintain King County’s state-mandated services, and even more challenging to fund additional discretionary programs or projects.  Despite these challenges, my goal is to help shape a budget that is both fiscally and socially responsible. 

 

Please continue to let me and the rest of the council know what your priorities are for the 2009 budget.  Here are ways you can get involved:

 

·         Testify online to the entire council if you have not already done so. 

·         Testify in person at the public hearing on Monday, November 10^th at 11 am.

·         Check the King County Council website for updates.
